The development economics is centered on income inequality and economic growth, and much is said about the influence of them on one another. What I am investigating is the way changes in the beneficiaries of money affect the performance of economies, particularly in areas where some are more developed than others. Comparing advanced, emerging, and low-income economies, the present work identifies primary trends and behind the scenes processes, which demonstrate that inequality may be used to influence growth. According to the findings, inequality is likely to reduce the long-term growth rate of less-developed economies since it reduces human-capital accumulation as well as social stability, whereas in developed economies the situation is more complex.
